A Motor Toon Grand Prix goodie hidden 27 years

Played the NTSC-J version Motor Toon Grand Prix 2 back in other day, and I'm surprised no one ever mentioned this hidden goodie.
It seems this goodie is exclusive to SCPS-10018/9, and not even Japanese got any hint on how to unlock this one. TCRF only mentioned the title screen regional differences and doesn't help much either.
Any help would be appreciated.

You have to complete the game on Expert and watch the ending movie, Its just pages of text in Japanese (Notes from developers i think).
 
They are also in the usa edition these are just a few shots from the read me. I plan on doing a lets play on my channel on these games first when it gets made. (Yes i bought all versions of it) I will do a breakdown of all the goodies properly then.

No wonder, even the normal difficulty is challenging-I can imagine how hellish Expert goes.

Please do spread the developers' notes once is ready. I'm certain this is rarely mentioned even to Japanese players.

You probably chose the hardest version of the game. If you get a chance to pick up the USA edition SCPS 91027 which is the third Japanese release, it has the same rewards but in my opinion its easier to complete than the one you have chosen.
