I searched and nothing turned up so here goes.
When you view you cars in your garage there is a little magnifying glass in the lower left of the windows that pops out. This only removed the parameters for filtering or adds them. Useful? Perhaps, but the following idea is much more useful.
Instead of just adding or removing filter parameters, the icons should be a search function. When pressed the PS3 text entry window pops out and you enter the car you want to search for an it gives you a list of results. Suppose you wanted a certain car, say the Zonda LM; you would just type Zonda in, hit enter and it would show all Zonda's you have. If you wanted to look for a specific car in say the 40-50 Skylines, then you'd have to be more specific in what you search for. This is just the basic function of the idea. Another way to implement it would be to have some sort of Google Instant like search feature, which would be amazing.
This would be useful as when you need a specific car, and you know which car you're looking for in your garage, for any reason, it gets tedious applying filters and scrolling down to find the car, especially when you get to around 500+ cars. Not a problem if the loading times weren't slow for scrolling and filtering, but they are..
What do you guys think?
Possibly implemented after things get sorted out in Japan?
