What's the slowest shutter speed you can effectively shoot at handheld to get a sharp image? No stabilization or vibration reduction of any sort, please. Also make sure to mention what focal length and f/stop used. Crop sensor cameras will also be a bit more difficult too so don't forget to mention that.

I'm pretty sure I took this at 1/15th and f/1.8, 45mm. Not resting my body on anything. I'm confident I can get it sharper though, even at a slower shutter speed. Thinking I can do 1/8th.

I've done 1/10, so I'll have to play with it.

Wide-angle is easier, too.

Probably one of the best I've managed, though not that slow compared to your speeds. 1/100th at 200mm while standing in a crowd, poking the lens between some heads.

At 200mm that's pretty damn good.

The rule of thumb is 1:focal length so you chopped that in half.
