A question about setting up an online race with a friend.

Both myself and a friend of mine have GT5 (he just bought it a day or so ago) and we'd like to race online. Is there a way for us to race even though he just bought the game and doesn't have any cars yet?
FYI: I only have a couple of cars...nothing great.

u can race with arcade carsµµ

tho, with the seasonals

just do a couple of races and u can buy some descent cars

If you don't have many cars yet, you could join a lobby that has shuffle on
or you could do a lobby race and use the recommended cars only.

Welcome to GT let me know what car (under 1,000,000) you'd like and I'll send it to you in the next few days

Can you share cars and then your friend use them online?

As above, hit a few seasonals for big bucks. Make sure you log on every day to get your multiplier up to 200%.

Kei cars, last race (kart track) is a good one as cars are cheap and a race is 3 mins : still one of the highest credits per min.
