These following Car Level Tickets are the only ones existing to the best of my knowledge:
Lvl 2, Lvl 3, Lvl 5, Lvl 9, Lvl 12, Lvl 13, Lvl 15, Lvl 17,
Lvl 18, Lvl 19, Lvl 20, Lvl 21, Lvl 22, Lvl 23 and Lvl 24.
Besides bonus cars (cars acquired by winning events and races) and those level tickets, how can one for example acquire a level 14 car in 0/0/0 condition since no ticket exists for level 14?
For example, is the only way to acquire a non-bonus Standard Lvl 14 car in 0/0/0 condition from a 1000 Car Ticket?
Edit: True. There is no Lvl 40 ticket.
