A question on uploaded decals

Dont know if anyone had the same problem.I made this decal via Adobe Illustrator,saved it as svg and uploaded on gt website.and it seems normal on website.But when I try to use it in game it became invisible.what seems to be the problem?

Maybe the paths are lying outside of the SVG viewBox. Could you upload them here so we can take a look at them?
 
You need to turn the text into path, as it's still in text form.
