A question to Fanatec customers

Hello.
I arranged to buy Fanatec 911 GT3 RS ClubSport edition wheel.
I paid on Friday (23rd) and I hadn't heard from Fanatec yet.
Should I wait a bit more or should I email them?
*I paid via bank transaction to Endor's account

The question is - how much did it take from you paying to Fanatec sending you an email/some form of feedback?

I think its usually a week... depending on loication between paying and recieving products.... however Thomas is on this forum so he will be able to say otherwise. DON'T WORRY :)
 
I wouldn't worry just yet, tbh Friday and today were local Holiday's here, so it's possible that they get holidays in Germany as well :)

However that said a polite email should do no harm.

Let us know how you get on, if the wheels as good as my gt2 your in for a treat

I'm not worried, I just feel uneasy. 400euros out of my pocket, you know how I feel. :lol:

Their website says that anything that is ordered Friday afternoon will be dealt with from the following Monday.. I would not worry. If they had a few orders it may just take time processing..

All I know is I got the quotation from a Fanatec employee via e-mail, I printed it, paid and now I'm waiting.
I paid to their bank account not PayPal (I think).
 
I didn't get a reply, just order processing then order shipped.
 
Got an email from Fanatec today - it's getting shipped!
A bit later I got the tracking numbers, it's comming on 30th!
I'm so happy! :cheers:
