Ok guys sorry about the late results, not the best turn out from a possible 28 drivers :indiff: ... but I say it's their loss :sly:

Thanks to all who took part and Congrats for some nice driving 👍 Congrats to Hugo for the 1st Win of the Comp :cheers: :cheers: and also to Jim for rounding off the podium 👍

I reckon Jakes in the Escort or he would have been knocking one of the top 3 out ;)

Nice runs Hugo, Ron, and Mich :cheers:. I'm surprised at how well I did, but I easily could have taken 3rd with the laps I had seen in free run. I'll have my replay up in a bit.

Edit: Here are my lap times-
Lap 1: 2'00.306
Lap 2: 1'52.846 :crazy:

To bad, that not more racers feels an obligation to submit, when they have registered. Surely not your fault Ron, as you've been promoting this ARC very heavily through the different boards. But as your put it yourself: It's their loss.

In particular I'm missing Cyril. I was pretty sure he did submit. You haven't by any chance deleted some submissions, trying to make space in your PM-box? :confused:

Edit: Strange replay name. It's named: NielsG ARC#3 delta@GV II 3'54,157 on my PC. Anybody knows why GTP has changed it during upload? Also happened with the last replay I uploaded to the WRS. :confused:

Sorry to Flat-out for that I remember he did submit but as you gathered ... I deleted with all the old PM's without even realising :crazy:
I will rectify that now as I remember roughly what time it was 👍

I also submitted my replay with the full title and ended up with the time only :dopey: I think we are being restricted to push us to upgrade 💡 I'm not fussy though :dopey: thats my replay in post 1 :sly:

And I can know it because spend a lot of time on this race.
Last night 2 full hours just to shave 0,5 sec off.
Still feeling slow compared with all the others.
Or must I say the others are terrible fast.
I will go for the latter. ;)

Btw I drive a Focus and these are my laptimes:2'02.341 - 1'54.225

BTW, I tried your Focus setup Ron. Your gears were noticeably quicker. Much better for me to shift form 5 at the top down to second rather than 6 to 2 I thought. Your suspension work was just brilliant! :sly:
 
Filename problem solved. There have been a software update and apparently it's the ' "mark" that's the problem. The format:

NielsG ARC#3 delta@GV II 3'54,157

don't work, but:

NielsG ARC#3 delta@GV II 3.54,157
NielsG ARC#3 delta@GV II 3,54,157

works fine.
 
I had indeed submitted my best (?) time on wednesday.
Here is what was in my PM :

Lap 1 : 32.312 / 1'03.225 / 1'28.910 / 2'04.732
Lap 2 : 24.927 / 55.300 / 1'20.726 / 1'56.715
Total time : 4'01.447 (in the Focus)

I'll upload a replay (despite the fact that no-one cares) tomorrow.

I'll try and break in the car to have a reasonably fast time next week.

I just read the other thread, and since we will use the Arcade car, no need to break it in :dunce:
 
Disappointing to see so many drivers dropped out before the first race :indiff:
