I was thinking before I turned in my time:
You know you've been playing GT3 too long when...
Your playstation is saving 10th fastest runs that are faster than the records you've found
And, you've really been playing too long when you know that the fastest time you are turning in for a race is a full 1/2 second faster than those records you found and still probably going to get beaten!!!
This is some STIFF competition here!!!
It is something when the top seven finishers are within a second of each other and blowing out records!!!

This was a great race! I was having fun reading all of phattboy's post's and the T2 times. A special thanks goes out to eggmann! He caused me to overwrite the time that I was going to submit, 1:30.898 so i had to go back out and run it again. Thanks eggy. Nice run by Mr P and LDM also Here's my replay...

Oh yeah, and Phattboy- Nice close race there. If this hadn't been my 1st-ever race at this track, maybe I coulda been more consistent and found that 0.007 seconds you beat me by.

i have to admit, it gave me great joy to hear from zero yesterday that he was on a 1'36. it meant i was'nt going to finish in last place after all. next time we race on tarmac ok ron? i hate having all these rally types laugh at me
Congrats to GT3Mich and the top 3, excellent times there guys. I was thinking that a 1'31.0 would be enough for first but I think I had TOO MUCH confidence in my last sector which turned out being just 'ok'. Still 7th is nice for me, and when I saw my time was quicker than the best one at the GTDB, that was already more than good enough

Great racing ......you top guys are outrageous....fighting down to the thousandths of a second. That GTMich is a real tough guy in the dirt.
I wasn't able to make any followup runs yesterday, so my previous best time had to do.....I'm happy not to be fighting for last place.....but I was in the right ballpark.
I guess Max E. and I can share the next serving of 'Moose Kak', I guess his tearful self-degradation was qenuine this time. Max, you've got my sympathy.
Seems like next race has a harder surface, even if it's wet.....we might get a little better grip out there.....

I believe that I'm learning a lot, even though I have some trouble seeing it on the results. I hope it's because you guys is improving too.

I struggle each week right along with you buddy!
And as for seeing your results and improving? You are right!!! EVERYONE is improving!
Even the fast guys at this... 7 broke the record held by Flinx at that site and one of those was by "OVER" a second. That record had held since this time last year!
Here is the way I'm keeping discouragement at bay:
I know THEY are getting faster because of US!!! We ARE NOT and WILL NOT let them slack off!!! It is only when we let them "off the hook" that we become "losers"!!! While we continue keeping them "on the hook", we ALL win!!!
