It's asking me to reset my password and then when I try I get this error message.....ARRRRRGHHHH!

Use Your PC to reset password. If your Email address was fake you will have to PHONE Sony CS for a reset.

I'm getting the error on main account. And my 2nd account worked like a charm...wow.

This has worked for me and proven for one other person:

Go through the login sequence on your PS3, attempt to change password, get the error code 3 times, shut off your ps3. Then reboot it and immediately login to change your password. And you should be able to complete this process and be signed on. Hopefully this works for you as well!
