A TOCA RD3 Problem (Online)

Whenever I play toca 3 online, Whev everyone n the race lobby is ready the race beings. the loading screen comes up as it should do, but then after a few seconds, everything goes black on the screen, and it says 'toca 3 has encountered an error and is forced to close' or whatever the error report message says. It happens every time now, I've tried re installing the game but nothing changes

What should I do?

Is TOCA3 allowed out through your firewall?

Something that's starting to intensly annoy me
