Cocky and over aggressive? Perhaps. But Kaz needs to stop getting advice from Yes men and hear the unvarnished truth.

You need to realize that GT Planet is in the MINORITY. There are MILLIONS of people who have bought GT5, 99% of which are perfectly happy. GT Planet has about 1% of the total people whom have bought the game; and of that, about 80% of those people are here to complain.

Ergo, it appears that 80% of PDs "target audience" hates the game and they should change "X Y Z". However, chances are, if PD did everything the community told them to do, the game would be worse. Why? BECAUSE EVERYONE ELSE IS NOT YOU.

When a plane make it's flight perfectly, no one cares, if one minor thing happens, that SMALL AMOUNT of people are up in arms. Same principle applies here.
 
I've been tweeting kaz too, but I've been asking him to take a look at people's complaints. Not in such a dick way.....

No, the majority are casual gamers who don't get why you can't get interior on all cars, nor why you can't change the tires/rims on most cars. They don't get why things are done because they don't follow the project. These people are the ones disappointed the most. Not us who follow it and knew what was coming.

And no, if they did what we wanted the game would be much better. Be it you cannot listen to everyone, cause some ideas are just stupid. Lets be honest about that. But when a community cries for something, you know you ****'d up. Don't beat around the bush and give PD excuses. Small amounts of people aren't in arms, it's a large percentage. If you think 99% of people like GT5 and don't complain about its short coming, than sir you're delusional.

I bet any money there is at least two people from PD and two or three from Sony, reading the forums. That's how PR can get better or worse.

Yeah right. Captain Perfectionist released a game he knew was infested with bugs and shody work. And if Sony held a gun to his head and forced him to release it, he has only his company to blame for him globtrotting all over the world, and promising the moon, then falling short on nearly every promise.

Obviousy I dont want him listening to guys supporting his idea for free roam, lol. But a high percentage of people here have legitimate complaints and excellent feedback.

Should I have spoke for all of us with that tweet, perhaps not, but I cant hit unsend now. Im not going to kiss his ass like so many who want to smile in his face after PD just kicked us all in the balls, and then run around the globe like Your da S***, when all you did was release a game that was mostly full of it.

Was I tired of waiting? Yes, but heres a novel concept, try telling the truth. Tell your fans truthfully how far away your dreams are from looking flawless in the game. We'd have understood a delay into late 2011 if need be. If anybody says they'd rather have it now, they way it was released, instead of ACTUALLY releasing a polished game, they are full of it. Instead kaz went around everywhere smiling in our faces making us believe the game would ACTUALLY be up to his almighty standards, when it was truthfully nowhere near that for a Nov 2nd release. If you are going to talk the talk, you better walk the walk.
 
We English speakers don't know **** of what PD deals with in the Japanese market, and we should realize they are going to put their native audience before the international one, for all we know the Japanese are voicing the same opinions as we are.

There are 148,000 users on GTP. I'd bet that the majority of those users aren't active. So lets say that there are 75,000 that have visited GTP since the launch of GT5. Of those 75,000 how many are in here whining about it? Lets guess very high and say 2,000 people are complaining. Thats only 3% of the active users on a fan site for the game. Who is going to be more critical, joe smoe who was walking down the aisle at Best Buy or Gamestop and saw GT5 on the shelf, or the people here who have been waiting for years?

Of all of the GT5 users, I'd say that 1% of them are complaining is probably a very accurate guess.
 
And honestly, I was a dick about it on purpose, just to get his attention. He needs to see he just trainwrecked this franchise and needs to get it back on track ASAP. He needs to see it isnt cute the way he deceived us the way he did. He needs to see hairbrained ideas of his like free roam are moronic, and that he needs to stop putting all his eggs in one basket at the expense of the other 99% of the game.

I agree with the tunnel vision part, the guy is way out of touch, but the rest probably wasnt needed.
