It happens when the dude is with the radio next to his car. Apparently he is fixing it, so his friend comes in to ask whats going on between this girl and him, he puts some r&b music but then it switches to a different music. Thats the 1!
 
Nevermind, I found out.

They are a christian band, go by the name of "Jars of Clay" and the name of the song is Flood, but I remember it hearing with a lot of more bass.
