I'm not at my PS3 ATM, so I can't check this myself. But is there a way to only delete one time from the leaderboard of a certain track, instead of clearing them all? Because mildly autistic people like myself may only like 1 of each car to be listed =P

You can only clear them all.

i wish they had a memory.. i.e it saves best time for a specific car & specific car upgrade
