Ability to change car paint, rims, etc online.

I have been annoyed constantly by not being able to change my cars color online, or body kits. This one time, I went offline to repaint my car, went back online, and couldn't find the room i was in. That irritates me. If you have had the same problem, like this post, and maybe Kaz will get the idea of the fact we need this.
 
Basically being able to access the tuning garage during online would be great, as I have had the same issue when going to change oil in a car, and then having the room full when I try to re-join.

I agree with that. And that has happened as well. The person said he would save a spot for me, but the room was full when i got back. This would make my online life so much easier.
