About deterioring

hi there, i want to ask if someone knows how is the fastest way to get our car deteriored (oil and engine) i know is driving it, but you know, im loocking for ``crash the car several times in order to broke your engine´´ or something like that. tahnks!

I think in GT5 it was rev-limiter driving combined with a little crash here and there.
=> try to drive @ Route X in low gear always on the limiter (2nd or 3rd gear) a couple of laps.

If it works fine if not wouldn´t know what else.
