About the meaning of stock/bone stock/dead stock.

Those three mean the same thing right?

When you drive a stock car, that means you drive it w/o any modifications correct? So, that means ever since you bought it from the dealership, you never modified it right?

Also, on stock suspension, that means you bought some kind of suspension but you never modified it right? So let's say someone bought a full suspension kit, but never changed the settings, is that considered stock suspension?
 
Well "stock" suspension would be the one that came with the car. "Stock settings" would be the default settings of a suspension that you bought. As far as I know, the default settings when you buy a suspension are the same as the true stock suspension settings. Then again, I take that back. I think only the spring rates remain stock, because I doubt a stock suspension would have the equivalent of "8" shock settings. And usually if someone's car isn't completely stock (as it came from the dealer), they'll say "bone stock except for _____"
