About the Red Bull Ring Time Change

If anyone played the current DeltaWing Seasonal and that former seasonal i forgot, you know the whole lighting is different from whats available. First seasonal has the sun positioned much lower. Even worse is the current DeltaWing which has the whole morning.

Why PD do this. Why the time change lock up?

Because that track has static lighting, if it was to go into night time you wouldnt be able to see anything.

New Suzuka, Midfield, and Sierra has the not full one. So why not the Red Bull Ring?
 
I think they locked up time change, because they had some issues with the shadows at some points of the track, like at Mt. Panorama.

But Suzuka 2014 have some of night in Holiday seasonal event around Dec 2014.
 
Did the RBRing trailer show a morning/evening version of the course? 💡
