About the trade limit?

I like to trade some cars on GT5, but I've got a question about the time limit.
Is it just daily, so if that would mean that if you trade at 23:59 you could do another trade at 00:01. Or is it 24h? so from 00:01 monday to 00:01 tuesday?

The day resets at 8:00 US Eastern time. So technically you can send two in one day, however once you send the car after 8:00 you cant send it till after 8 the next day

The daily limit resets at midnight GMT so 23:59 and 00:01 would work. 11:59 is pushing your luck with server delays though!
