Other than switching to a harder tire, the best you can do is drive more smoothly; don’t be sliding around the track and you should be fine.

Buying hard tires is your best option, though.
 
Brake lightly as much as possible, avoid sliding, don't drive on the limit in the turns (take turns slower), limit wheelspin as much as possible, steer as smoothly as possible, don't do sudden braking/acceleration.
Keyword is smoothness indeed.
Also harder tires last longer, but are less grippy.
