So I'm about to start my first ever clean build of a PC and I'd figure I'd post my specs first. I decided to go big because I was very fortunate with scholarships and grants so I channeled my student loans for this semester...elsewhere.
Asus Maximus V Formula
EVGA GTX 670 4GB SC
i5 3570K
Crucial M4 128GB + WD Caviar Blue 500GB
OCZ Fata1ty 1000W PSU Gold Certified (Got it on sale and couldn't pass it up )
Gskill Ripjaws 8GB 2133mHz
Cooler Master HAF X
Noctua NH-D14 w/ Arctic Silver 5 thermal paste
an additional 200mm red LED Cooler Master fan
Acer 23.6" 120hz 3D ready monitor
Windows 7 Professional 64 bit
I do have one question though, since this is a clean build should I just use the driver disc that comes with my GTX 670 and install them before Windows 7? Any help would be appreciated
And now for pictures, I'll continually update the OP as the parts arrive.
So far only the GTX 670 has arrived, and the first thing that threw me off was how massive it is.
