Is there any way to use gamesharking techniques to unlock the 4 circle tracks used in the licence tests? (I forget which ones).

By 'unlock' I mean allow you to use garage cars on them.
If not garage cars, would there be any way to just change the car that gets used in the test?
It seems unlikely that it would be possible, but I don't really know how hybriding works, so I thought I'd ask.
