Account Problem

I just recently created a new account, just for GT5, and I'm having problems with it. When the game goes to load and I'm signed in under my new account a pop up box appears in the screen and says, "Because the online features of this game rely heavily on communication between players, accounts with the chat function disabled are not allowed to access them." I've went over to the settings on my PS3 homescreen and tried to find something that would fix this or has something to do with this problem and can't find anything. I've also looked on the options screen in the game and can't find anything there too. Has this happened to anyone else and what did you do to fix it?

Your account sounds like it has been set up as a sub-account for a child - chat features are disabled on such accounts unless enabled by a master account.
 
Anyway I can change that on the master account or do I just have to make another account?
 
You'd have to log into SEN on their website to do it.
