Ahh, the joy of the teenage years.

There's a couple of things:
- try and stay away from greasy foods. I'm 32 and I'm guaranteed a couple of zits a few days after I eat greasy food
- keep your face clean. Zits are basically blocked skin pores. I was shaving with a razor at your age (you're around 15, right) and that actually really helps keeping the skin clear

Just bear in mind it will pass - a fact of life at your age, unfortunately.

Acutane is a very heavy ,serious drug used to treat really bad cases of acne. You are not to be on it for more than 1 yr. But the doctors put me on it for 3! it has some wild side effects ill tell ya.

lol, nope
it included my skin being so thin on my face that if i touched it with a towel after a shower it would rip open and bleed non stop, it includes deforming your bones and putting you into manic depression.

 Man - the acne would have to be life threatening to justify exposure to those potential side-effects.

My advice >> go see the Doc...You can't make it vanish but you can sure as hel* keep it under control with medicines

Don't pick em and wash imn the morning and before bed (excessive cleaning irritates the skin and doesn't help)...

A lot of people may laugh  at what I'm about to say next: If your spots seem to develop over night.... now are you ready for this put toothpaste on acne areas of your face.

Apply dry tootapaste to a dry face. Why? Well basically it dries the skin up which is ideal for soaking up all that sick grease. Wake up in the morning with a minty pillow and hopefully no new spots :smilewink

heard that before my friend tried it,i told him,so your sayying i cover my intire face with tooh paste and go to sleep??

Keep an eye out for Clear Logix. By far, Clear Logix is the very best over-night pimple remover I've ever used! I highly recommend their product. :)

A few years back the doctors were thinking of putting me on accutane if some of the milder drugs didn't help me out...after about 6 months they did help and I'm clear now. One simple solution. Spend some time out in the sun. Not an excessive amount or anything, but the vitimans and whatnot from the sunlight definately help things out.
