Ad unit covering login panel

I just had an issue with visiting this site on a new browser, and wanting to login. This massive banner covered half the screen, going on top of the window I was wanting to type my username and password in. Everywhere I clicked took me to the place of the ad and there was no way to get rid of it, even after the 15 second video stopped playing there wasn't an X to close it. Is there any way to make it so the login popout and alerts are the highest level of viewing and these ads come below it?

That's how it's supposed to function, but it doesn't always work as expected with the takeover units.

I've just made some adjustments now, let me know if that fixed it.
