Add 100% in Ranked Matches!!!

i'm so damn tired getting smashed into the wall, by some idiots, who think earning pole and/or 1st is done by shooting others into the sand.
same thing with people who get overtaken and to prevent it, they just crash into the 1st place driver, which can result in a total loss of the 1st place.

so to prevent these things, just make all ranked games with 100% ghost.
 
Ghost only modes kind of exist, it’s call time trial.

Start up Sport mode, pick the daily event, but instead of pressing enter event, select qualifying entry. Check the leaderboard and try and beat it. Get to first place on the leaderboard and you win.
 
That sounds terrible. Just do time trials of you don't actually want to race people.
 
I agree with OP. Happens all the time. If they made it 100% ghosting then you wouldn't have idiots ramming you and ****ing you up.
Like, it defeats the purpose, but it also makes sense when people aren't clean racers.
 
Nah, racing incidents are a part of racing, as are planning overtakes etc.

Whilst I appreciate that there are idiots, you would lose all the drama of the above if you ghosted. Imaging how bland overtaking would be if you could just drive through the other players?

No fun at all. I put up with the bad players for the few races I have which was exciting and challenging. There would be no fighting for the best line, no defensive driving (it is allowed, there's just rules as to how you do it which people don't seem to know)
 
As above, the fun of racing is about using the track, lots of people seem to only know the racing line as it is, get them off the racing line and they have no idea where the new braking point is or how much grip they will have on the new corner exit.

I would prefer more tire wear in sport mode, currently the tire wear in Sport mode might as well be off, I never use more than 1mm.
 
Not a good solution. The track AND the cars are what makes the challenge.
