add/remove program list

When I went to go to try and uninstall something in the Change/Remove Programs list, my list seemed to load faster than usual, but it didn't seem fully populated to me. It was missing some items such as FireFox and it didn't have a Change/Remove button for the programs.

This is what I'm seeing:


Does anyone know how I can change it back to normal???
 
Is this the same login you've always used? Is it still like this after a logout/login or a reboot? Have you recently installed something new (an incomplete or broken install might do this)?

If you have System Restore active, you might roll back to a previous restore point.
 
i did uninstall WindowBlinds, but when I there to remove it, that is what i saw, so i had to uninstall it through its folder.

And yes, it stays the same after a reboot. I do not have system restore active....i think. I have tried to use it, but it says to reboot or something, but when i do, same thing. Been like that for awhile now.

UPDATE: I have restored every single fix in registry mechanic, and had some programs have the remove button, but some are still missing, and not all programs have the remove button. the size of the program is still not shown.
