In open lobby a host can START a race but he cannot STOP or RESTART a race.
Sometimes you click on “start the race” by mistake. Sometimes someone joines a second too late but you still want him to join. Sometimes the first corner is such a mess you want to just restart the race.
If a host can start a race, a host should also be able to restart or at least stop the race. Could this be implemented ?
