According to update 1.06 official announcement, the S-AWC system in Lancer Evolution X was adjusted. Has anyone noticed some distinct changes? I have to say that I was able to shave off almost one second on Tsukuba compared to my pre-update laps. But on corner exits it doesn't seem that better to me. Maybe it affects handling on dirt and snow rather than tarmac? Anyway, it seems to me like someone from Mitsubishi wanted Polyphony to move Lan-Evo's performace closer to STi's :)

I can't seem to get my Evo X sideways!

It just has soo much grip on comfort hards.

haha i could change that ;P

but does anyone know how it performs offroad on dirt/snow? any improvements at all? :)

I've always found the EVO's to be pooches compared to the STI's on the game. But I also usually set mine up with the LSD rather than the YAW, which might make a difference.

What about a ton of camber, drop the suspension and stiffin it up a lot, does that help?

Too bad you can't over inflate the tires...

didnt try it yet, but prior to update, with the AYC and my G27, the car was swerving left to right on the strait

Same here, and I tried it again after the update and its the same....

Its the only car with AYC that has this problem....EVO IX doesn't do it, neither does TME Evo VI..

It understeers with power, and oversteers without power. Very different from before. If you want to compare before and after, just drive the Evo X in GT5P, and then in GT5.
