Ads slowing up the site functions

Got an ad, "Get Zwinky" at the top and it is really slowing down GTP at times, very inconsistent but Firefox is running at 4 times the mem usage according to the Task Manager. Just had some links in a PM and it was hellish trying to open them. I've had this problem before.

I've cleared Caché and all that by the way, but it seems to follow no pattern...

One of our ad networks seems to be having some issues at the moment, but I'll see what I can do about this particular banner. Please keep me updated if you continue to have this issue.
