Advanced riding courses, should they be made compulsory ?.

Hi folks, just thinking about this.In the UK we have what's called a CBT ( Compulsory Basic Training ).That is a training programme to see if you are a competant rider.What i am thinking is, if the advanced course was made compulsory after doing the restricted course or the unrestricted full test.This might not work i don't know.Again what do you think ?.

I would think that an advanced course should be mandatory.
