Advertising boards help

Hi, I’m currently updating the sponsor boards for the V8 Supercar tracks and noticed that some tracks don’t have the correct billboards in place, or that some wall textures can’t be edited etc. does anyone know how to make a sponsor board and put it into the track?

Any help would be great
