Advice for Loeb Challenge?

I have Golds in all go karting, Nascar, Top Gear, GT Rally and Grand Tour events. Out of those, the Alfa Challenge was the hardest, but it was far from impossible. Top Gear, really not that hard. Nascar, meh. GT rally, get a good car.

But for some reason, for the life of me... I cannot beat the damn Loeb challenge. Hell I cannot even get silver. I do not know what I am doing wrong. I know rally is not a power sliding competition. I know that you have to be very smooth with the throttle and maintain speed as much as possible. But I just cannot figure out why I am stuck. I have tried using my controller, G25, aids, no aids, etc. Any advice for one frustrated soul.

In fact I would LOVE to see a video of someone beating each race. Maybe it is my driving line, or braking points that are off. Thank you. 👍
 
here's what worked for me: ASM off, TC at 1 or 2, ABS at 7.
With the settings sbove i golded all the Loeb challenges on the first try with seconds to spare.
 
I used the controller + skid recovery force + manual transmission. That way I almost got past the ghost car :)
 
DS3 controller, skid recovery on, auto trans, abs on 1, asm off, TC on 1.

Took 2-3 attempts on each race to gold them. I only passed the ghost once but I let off so I could use him to follow.
