Advice on how to make a GT5 photo look vintage

Hello GTP people, I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to make a GT5 photo look vintage as if the picture was taken in the 1990's (usually a bit fuzzy, bit dim on color and looks slightly white bright). I don't know how to work the in-game camera functions that well but if anybody knows how to make a vintage like photo please give some advice, thanks :)

Yeah a picture that looks relatively like that. But I'm pretty sure the in-game camera functions for when you take the photo could get the job done, it's just that I don't know photography all that well so I wouldn't really get what I'm doing. :dunce:
