I'm sure that by now I'm not the only one who's noticed huge discrepancies in the downforce effects (as listed in the car settings) of custom aero on different cars. (By way of comparison, an F430 Scuderia will generate F150/R205-220 with a kit and a wing, equivalent to the FXX. Conversely,the Alfa 8C has to make due with a measly F0,R5-20.)
Are these numbers just kind of glitched out for certain models or meaningful? For example, even with the meager downforce, the 8C will still happily run with most touring car classes.
Has anybody actually tested the grip with different aero packages to see if these wildly divergent downforce numbers are meaningful or just a glitch in the settings menus?
