Aero question...

Certain cars have full aero options and others only have rear aero available, my question is this... on similar cars, will a car with full aero options (such as the Volvo C30 or Ford Focus ST) handle a lot better than those with only rear aero ('01 Honda Civic Type R)
 
Some cars have a locked front aero
This is ussually with a fron bumper or extensions

But if the front is zero and another car that can have aero on both front and back will understeer less

The basic idea is if you only put aero on the back at a certain speed the car will understeer alot

If you put aero on the front it will not only take away the excess understeer but also make even less understeer
