So this is the thread for this years African Cup Of Nations tournament taking place in Equatorial Guinea, there were doubts about this tournament going ahead after original hosts Morocco pulled out due to the threat of Ebola in the region, it was only decided that Equatorial Guinea would host on November 14th, they previously hosted the tournament jointly with Gabon in 2012
The Format
Sixteen teams taking part with four groups of four and the top two qualify for the quarter finals then there's the semi finals, third/fourth place play off and of course the final
