I used to be a big an of the Age series, and with AOEIII recently announced I think it will drag me back in again. Here is an interview about AOEIII. Be sure to check out the screenshots too, the graphics look absolutely stunning!
From what I can tell it seems like you'll have to transport alot of stuff from your "motherland" which would make the game alot better in terms of logistics.
