I used to be a big an of the Age series, and with AOEIII recently announced I think it will drag me back in again. Here is an interview about AOEIII. Be sure to check out the screenshots too, the graphics look absolutely stunning!

The graphics are indeed awesome. I cant wait for a demo.
 
i hope it's more dynamic/rpg-ish.

i'll have to read the article later though.
 
From what I can tell it seems like you'll have to transport alot of stuff from your "motherland" which would make the game alot better in terms of logistics.
