ahhhhhhh!!!!! This is driving me nuts!!!!!

I'm at 99% all I have is the shooting gallery left and I'v been at it for a hour and the highest I got so for is 42.Can anybouy help me .I'v been hitting all but the the head for the first 2 and the just getting the last one but its still beening a *****.
Any help would be nice.
 
Go on a rampage and practice aiming at cops (with a gun you have to aim with like the Ruger) and come back later and try again. :p
 
yeah you have the stratagey down pat (just to aim for the last dummy) i guess just either take a ruger or an M4 and practice on peds or cars on anything but you should eventually get it! hang in there, once you get 100% you'll be glad you did ;)

watch your time and if you have 42 and the third target is reloading, go ahead and shoot the first two heads to give you the last 3 points (thats what I did--finished with no time left).
 
I did it after a while, just don't shoot like crazy, and try to get a good rhythm going.
 
Well done, now go and do 100+ vigilante missions!!! :D
 
I already started that I'm at 38 right now, and had to take a little break. I'm thinking about just calling it a night and continuing tomorrow
 
well I got to 83 and I flew to low and hit a tank(I hate my luck) anyway I heard somewere that if you have to much $ that you can't raze your CR?
 
Well that's kinda true and not true, when you max out your money you can't get your criminal rating up very much only when doing vilgilante missions, becasue the more money you make, the higher your CR goes, but i did 428 levels of the vilgilante straight and maxed out my money, at this time my CR was at about 318000 (boss) and now it's about 380000 (boss) so it's definatley possible to still get a high CR with your money maxed out, you just have to find different ways to do it than vigilante missions. ;)

Tank?? It makes it a bit easier if you clear your stars occassionally. The bribe behind sunshine autos and the two in little haiti can all be picked up without landing. I went up to level 391 and never went above 3 stars--any time I had to chase down anyone and had stars I cleared them-- I was afraid of locking up my game.

At level 200 you make about $4,000,000 per level. At level 300 its about $6,000,000 per level etc. Above level 250 your CR goes up at least a 1,000 per level. If you can find a faster way to raise your CR please share. Mine is at 281,000. I was at 50,000 before I did brown thunder.

Or if you want you can use the Lower Wanted Level cheat...

I have 2 savegames. One I cheat on and one I don't.

Don't be seduced by the dark side -- its always the easier path (not that I'm the one who raised his CR to 2,000,000 utilizing the helicopter gun accuracy glitch).

My CR on my 100% game is now over 300,000 :)

I suck at jump rotations-- I spent about 2 hours looking for and trying promising spots-- my best is about 700 :banghead:

Notice I said 2 gamesaves and on 1 of them I don't cheat.

Grab a Sanchez and drive up to the roof of Hyman Condo. Park your bike on top of the clothes pickup. Get off and get back on. If done right, you'll 'fuse' with the bike so you can't fall off (it's a glitch). Now try driving into some of the corners. If you do it right, you'll spin off the edge. I've got 2000+ degrees using this method.
