AI Car Color Randomizer

This is for the AI 'Touring Cars' such as the Challenger SRT8 and Skyline GT-R R32.

Whenever you race against these cars, they're always set in their showroom colors from the dealership. This suggestion is for a generator that will apply a random color to these cars whenever a race/championship is started. Although a miniscule suggestion, we could always use a little more verity.

In GT5, doing a one-make race with a RM/TC car results in a randomized color for opponents.
