AI Cars Exiting the Pits at Melbourne

This is really my only complaint about this game. In particular I am talking about the Melbourne circuit. Whether it's during the race or in qualifying, the AI cars that exit the pits seem to always end up sitting right at the apex of turn 1 when I am arriving at high speed, causing me to lose time avoiding a collision, or worse.

If I see a car exiting the pits, I usually take a really wide line, and ignore the apex of T1.

yes this annoys me in qualifying also. they should move more overside

Well, they're meant to take that line during the race, aren't they?

Yeah, I know, but it just seems like the timing is rigged so that they are always just at that point when you get to the corner. Not every time, but it has happened to me several times.

I've had a few times where lapped cars met me at the apex of T1. Really frustrating...
