How do you guys know where an AI driver is in a long endurance race?
For example you come to lap a car but don't know what place they're in because on the side it just says the AI's names but not there car.
How do you guys get past this problem?

I've thought about it a lot, and I cannot for the life of me find one useful thing about the driver list. Not one. If anyone can give me a genuine use for it I'll be surprised.

As for your question, why do you need to know? I don't see the problem.

Maybe colour coordination would help.
Like make the AI 1 on the map red and their name red etc.

I'm planning on doing the Nurburgring 4 hours again (I enjoyed it) but need to know where I am in relation to everyone else whilst leading because not everyone has the same pit strategy.
People's answers would help.
What I have so far is to write the cars and the names down.

I wouldn't worry about it, just race and have fun. Even if you did know which are which you wouldn't be able to work out the gaps so I don't see how that would help you.

What would help is if they changed the driver list to something more useful like a rundown of the cars and the splits they're behind you. Driver names are as you say useless.

Yeah, I wouldn't mind coming last in the Nurburgring 4 hour, last time I used an M3 (slightly tuned, premium) and only won it by 3 seconds.
I wouldn't have minded coming 2nd then :D

It's amazing how much quicker the Nurburgring 4Hr went compared to Tsukuba. That felt like an eternity going round that dull, flat circuit over and over in a crappy MX-5, but throwing something nice around the ring for four hours felt like nothing.

I actually enjoyed the Roadster endurance for some odd reason :scared:
It was fun trying to beat my PB over and over again.
The 9 hour was dull though, I had to use an over powered car to make sure I won.
The only bit of the Nurb 4 hours that I hated was the f1 section.
