AI Running out of gas almost every race

I have noticed that since the last update, at least one AI car will run out of gas almost every race (where pitting is required.) This used to happen occasionally, but lately it is EVERY TIME on Sardegna. Also noticed it on St. Croix.

It has not happened to me at Sardegna in a long time.

It almost never happened to me until recently, now it happens every single race. Hard difficulty.

Starting the PS5 from sleep mode and the day before an update.
