AI should also lose time on manual shifts

When racing the AI with an H-pattern shifter and clutch, the player loses time on every shift, while the AI shifts perfectly with no penalty. This puts manual drivers at an unfair disadvantage, especially in one-make races with classic manual cars like the Citroën 2CV.

Suggestion: give AI drivers realistic shift times too, so the field is level whether you use paddles, H-pattern or automatic. It would make manual driving competitive instead of punishing.

This is already the case. The base transmission shifts much slower than an upgrade.

Also, the AI cars are all using the automatic shift. Only players get to use the manual.
