It's become an unavoidable concern after watching the russian video, which btw what a pain of a guy if it weren't for the "laughs" of seeing him getting rammed for the entire play.

Good AI is capital for the nice entertaining career mode that this game is supposed to have, with the tunning and parts and all that stuff. However, an AI like this will sure ruin everyone's fun on single player.

Is it really possible that we have worse AI than that of Assetto; Driveclub and Forza?, how can this be when pc2 AI was certainly one of the best out there if not the best?, is the game gonna release with AI in such state?, will it be fixed, that as long as devs consider there's something to fix about it?

We should wait and see other gameplays. Maybe it was his driving or bad settings of AI. Who knows.

The AI on PC2 was very adjustable, you could get good racing or a 31 car pileup at turn 1 depending on the settings, I haven't watched any gameplay but wouldn't be too worried about the odd clip.

I hope they address how badly the AI got off the line in the previous games. And navigate turn 1...
