Just a quick question. Does the 200% have any effect on the individual B-spec driver's exp.? Meaning that he gets to lvl. (class) 40 too quickly so his career bar doesn't become full before that point, or shouldn't I be worried about it?
The career bar moves one race worth for every B-Spec driver for every one B-Spec race that occurs in your gamesave while he's active and not shared.
He will gain XP at twice the rate and reach level 40 sooner, but that doesn't affect anything for the Air of Experience trophy - they do not stop gaining experience for their career bar at any level.
So is this why my other drivers (not my main one) have such high career bars despite only having about 10 races/wins? I thought the race/win bar was what affected the Career bar - and this is only affected per driver, not all drivers at once.
This trophy is one of the last ones that I need to get, and it's annoying me the mechanics of it. It seems to be taking forever to push my main drivers career bar up doing Autumn Ring Sunday Cup in the X2010, just thought I was missing something.
Oh really? I thought I read somewhere that their grey career bar wouldn't fill up anymore after Class 40. Good to know that's been debunked then.

It goes one click (much less than one pixel!) for every B-Spec race that occurs - whether they're in it or not - if they're active and not shared.
So if your L26 Bob is older, he'll have been picking up career points without racing. If your L40 Bob's been online, he'll have been racing without picking up career points.
