Air of Experience trophy - can it be missed?

My overall B-spec level is 40 and I have six drivers on the following levels: 39, 26, 40, 39, 40, 36. The first three drivers career bars are already maxed out with the first three already losing 'speed' and 'physical strength'. My total days was about 1,000. After grinding the first level 40 driver to max. out his career bar, I still haven't received the trophy after 648 races.

Can the trophy be missed?
 
I did set my first bob to online, but didn't participate in any races.

I've just read the thread you posted and still can't make any sense. I might just continue grinding with my first bob for an hour or so.
 
Every bspec race you do makes the bar go up but the remote racing will not count for the trophy since it doesnt move the bar
