Well, after GTP 5...we lost one of our members, alex_gt, previously known as alexY2K...I remember his posts, it would be odd for him not to have at least 5 smilies in his posts, and I'm sure most of us miss him...

It's his birthday today, and I hope, if he still browses GTP, that he can come back here to GTP...:|

yea i remember him and his posts always had smilies on it.
it didnt annoy me but famine's stupid bold-purple posts annoy me so i put him on ignore

Alex ruled. I fought side by side with him, campaigning for smileys, but Jordan wouldn't back down, and now we have just the seven, or whatever. I only use ":lol:" anymore, anyway.

The way that Alex always started and ended his thread titles with asterisks pissed me off as well.

I liked him. But his poll questions were so leading, it was clear he wanted everyone to vote in support of his own opinions!

Good point - your poll options are obviously spot-on.

Oh, and, by the way, mister 'I'm unfit to walk the Earth without Giles's guidance,' way to put an extra 'bold off' tag into that one so as to contradict everything previously said.
