The Alfa Romeo 2300 wasn't under licence. Was produced from 1974 to 1986. Alfa Romeo Italy bought FNM in 1967, becoming Alfa Romeo do Brasil. That project was entire created in Italy to Brazilian market as "tipo 102.12". In 1960 FNM (State Company) start to build under licence the model 2000, exactly copy of Berlina 2000 1958-62 (102). Almost of parts was imported from Italy. 1967 Alfa Romeo bought FNM. In 1977 Fiat of Brazil bought Alfa Romeo Brazil, still being competitors in Italy. In 1978 transfered plant production from Rio de Janeiro to Betim-Minas Gerais. 1986 Fiat Italy bought Alfa Romeo Italy and close the 2300 line. Few pictures from 2300 first séries 1974-1976. With imagens of final road tests In 1972 at Alfa Romeo test track center in Balocco.
