The All-Cars was a very little italian automaker based in Pianoro , near Bologna , Italy . His founder was Mario Zodiaco , founder of the Autozodiaco , a Dune-Buggy producer that was also the "inventor" of the Bologna Motor Show . The Charly was , basically , a three-wheeler motorcycle (like the most famous Piaggio Ape) on a car chassis , it was equipped with a MotoMorini 50cc single cylinder engine and 8 speed transmission (4 "normal" gears an 4 reverse gears) . The Charly was sold also in other versions like the Charly Camel , equipped with off-road tires , or the Snuggy Tobrouk , a convertible version . The production of the Charly ended in the 1985 .

Unfortunately i don't have any performance data , but you can imagine that this car has very very poor performance XD
